Raiding Rules

RAID RULES :
1) When guild raid is forming highest rank will lead, who was formed party doesnīt matter, highest guild rank will lead the raid.
2) Before raid started all players shuld agree what Boses/Mobs we shall kill and witch order, when we finish that, no COMPLAINS that we should kill some boss we didn't agree we will kill.
3) All players will listen RAID LEADER and do what you are told (i know its hard, but it would be better for all)
4) No more insults like noob/stupid etc etc in raids, we are all guildies and should respect each others
5) Ninja's will not be tolerated anymore (if we agree we pass some item to one of our guildies we WILL do so)
6) NO MORE THAT SH!T LIKE "I NEED MESSENGER OF FATE PLZ PASS IT" if you want something you should say before we start and we will vote shall we pass you the item or not
7) And if anyone in anyway exploit something in the raid will be removed from guild (I don't want rulebreakers/exploiters in guild)....
8 ) Get Omen treathmeter

I disagreee, the 
rule is: every1 give 10k gold per day to Edoly or gets kicked from guild
