first of all, we dont have armory.

it's kind of long btw. the only important questions (and i think everyone will back me up on this) are:
1. Do you know what a threatmeter is?
2. What does CC mean?
3. What is your profession? (awoooh awooh ... nvm)

since everybody has a bunch of alts and profs, and absolutely any noob can answer that questionnaire that you posted and still sound credible, and since there are so many noobs in the guild who have no idea what omen is (less now thanks to the guild remake, but still a lot), knowing if the applicant is a noob is more useful than knowing what gear they have. imho.
